Located in the downtown shopping district of Thunder Bay in NW Ontario, Canada, we have been in business 15 years. Updates of New Releases will be made every week so we hope you will visit our site regularly. Payment for merchandise can be made by Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal. BoardGamesCanada.ca does not distribute, sell, or rent your name or personal information to any third party. We do share any statistics with any third-party vendors and will never provide any personal or specific information about the individuals who buy from us. Your personal information will not be used for any purpose other than to send product or track orders, nor will it be divulged to anyone outside of our company, unless required by law or legal process. We only ask for the information we need to complete an order: your name, email address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date in order to process your order, fill it, and communicate with you regarding its status. We email customers information about store items and sales only when they request it.

You can pay for your order by money order in Canadian funds as well as by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal.

hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you
liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover your liability up to $50.00, in the unlikely
event that the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted, through no fault of your
own, from shopping at Hill City Comics web site and leaving your credit card information
on our secure order form. Still prefer not to shop online? You can always submit your orders via phone or mail.
When do you bill my credit card? We only bill your credit card when we are ready to pull your order and only bill you for what we ship you. For example if you ordered (3) items from us and we only had (2) of them in stock, we would contact you to let you know we were temporarily sold out of (1) of the items you ordered and how long it will be until we have it back in stock. We would then ship you the (2) items we do have in stock only billing your credit card for the (2) items we are sending you and any applicable shipping charges. When the "out of stock" item comes back into inventory we then ship that item to you at no additional cost for shipping (FREE FREIGHT) only then billing your credit card for the 3rd item ordered. If an item is expected to be back in stock within 3 business days we will hold your order and shipped it all together.
How long will it take to get my order? Most orders ship out within 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will let you know how long it will be before more stock arrives. We ship all our parcels with the post office. While they are very dependable and affordable they are not always fast so please allow 1 week for delivery. A tracking number will be emailed to you after your order has shipped.
Can I check the status of my order? If you have questions about your order just click the link "Check my order status" found in the confirmation email you will receive from us immediately after placing your order online. You can also call us Toll Free at 1-877-368-0320. Please have your name, your shipping address and the order number ready as we will need this information to look up your order status.
What is BoardGamesCanada's return policy? If for any reason, you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, replacement or exchange. (item must be in the same condition as when sent and still in the original packaging) www.BoardGamesCanada.ca will reimburse customers for the cost of the return shipping if damaged products are received or for incorrect shipments.
Please be sure to mail your parcel back by the post office. (regular parcel post is fine) We will not accept any parcels returned any other way. Clearly mark on the outside of the parcel "RETURNED MERCHANDISE". Don't forget to include a copy of the invoice, or at least a short note who the parcel is from, and what your address and telephone number is inside the parcel. Prices do not include any taxes. If you live in Canada then 6% GST is added, and in Ontario 8% PST & 5% GST. We DO NOT charge any tax to anyone that lives outside of Canada.
What does shipping to the USA and International cost? Prices do not include shipping. The shopping cart shipping prices are only for shipping in Canada. (shipping is a base charge of $5.00 plus $1.50 per boxed item). All US and International orders will have the shipping charge adjusted after we get your order packed and weighed to reflect the correct price. If you would like a quote first just email us and let us know what you want to order and where it would be shipping. Below is an example of shipping cost to give you an idea what shipping cost will be.
